Insulator linear suspended (polymer) 10 kV

The insulator LK 70-10-5Ts is intended for insulation and fastening of wires of overhead power lines, in switchgears of power plants and substations of alternating current with a voltage of 10 kV with a frequency of up to 100 Hz at an ambient temperature of minus 60 ° C to plus 50 ° C in areas with 1 -5 degree of air pollution (SZ) in accordance with the rules for the installation of electrical installations (PUE) and SOU MPE 40.1.51.301:2004 (corresponds to 1-7 degrees of air pollution in accordance with GOST 28856-90). Type of climatic version of the insulator - U, HL, placement category 1 or 2 according to GOST 15150-69.

In the symbol of the insulator LK 70-10-5Ts, the letters and numbers mean:

L - type of insulator: linear, suspended;

K - protective sheath material: silicone rubber;

70 - normalized destructive mechanical force in tension, kN;

10 - rated voltage of the insulator, kV;

A - execution of the insulator according to the building height (shortened);

5 - the area of application of the insulator according to the degree of atmospheric pollution according to SOU MPE 40.1.51.30;

C - one-piece cast construction of the containment.

The insulator LK 70-10-5Ts consists of an insulating part, including a fiberglass rod with a ribbed one-piece protective sheath made of organosilicon (silicone) rubber and end caps pressed onto the rod in various combinations.

Insulator LK 70-10-5Ts is manufactured in the following main versions:

Basic: LK 70-10-5Ts, (T-B) with eyelet-pestle end caps. It is used for installation in a metal structure without a built-in shackle. For this, a bracket is ordered additionally.

Execution No. 1: LK 70-10-5Ts-01, (Т-Т) with lug-eye ends. It is also used for installation in a metal structure without a built-in shackle. Thanks to the built-in eye, it allows you to exclude the eye from the design of the tension or supporting suspension. In some cases, it is possible to manufacture an insulator of the LKTs 70-10-5Ts-01R type with lugs turned 90 degrees relative to the axis. This allows you to simultaneously exclude the industrial link and the single-arm eye from the design of the suspension.

Execution No. 2: LK 70-10-5Ts-02, (S-B) with socket-pestle ends. It is applied to installation in a metalwork with the built-in built-in earring. Allows you to upgrade or replace old or damaged strings of insulators in the tension or supporting insulating hanger without changing the fittings.

Execution No. 3: LK 70-10-5Ts-03, (S-T) with socket-pestle ends. It is applied to installation in a metalwork with the built-in built-in earring. At the same time, it allows you to exclude the eyelet from the design of the tension or supporting suspension.

In some cases, it is possible to supply insulators with terminations according to the IEC 61466-1 standard, fork and oval type.
