Complete transformer substation with cable input KTPk 25-4000 kVA

The complete dead-end transformer substation with cable entry, (KTPk) is designed for reception, transformation and distribution of electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz in systems with a blind-grounded neutral of the transformer on the side of lower voltage in electrical networks.

KTPk according to the climatic conditions of operation correspond to the performance in accommodation category 1 according to GOST 15150, while:

1. Height above sea level – no more than 1000 m;

2. The environment is non-explosive, which does not contain dust, aggressive gases of chemical production in a concentration that destroys metals and insulation.

The KTPK substation is equipped with a power transformer, the power and voltage class of which corresponds to the designation of the KTPK. Upon agreement with the customer, production and delivery of the product without a transformer is allowed. With a power of 25, 40, 63, 100, 160, 250, 400, 630 and up to 4000 kVA, and a HV voltage of 6 or 10 kV. The price of KTP is accordingly formed depending on the configuration of the product.

KTPK consists of UVN cabinet, RUNN cabinet and power transformer cabinet, which are installed on one frame and connected to each other.

The components of the KTPk are a strong metal structure that provides protection from the influence of climatic factors on electrical installation elements and built-in devices, as well as conditions for safe maintenance and operation. During operation, KTPk provides reception, transformation and distribution of electrical energy. KTPk works in long-term mode during periodic maintenance.

nominal voltage on the high and low voltage side;
