Complete transformer substation 35/0.4 (with air or cable input)

KTP for own needs with a nominal higher voltage of 35 kV, a nominal lower voltage of 0.4 kV, with a nominal power of a power transformer from 25 to 6300 kVA, with an air input of high voltage and a cable output of low voltage, climate performance UHL1.

KTP-35/0.4 kV is a mobile block-container house fully factory ready, consisting of compartments:

- 35 kV switchgear (RU-35 kV);

- 0.4 kV switchgear (RU-0.4 kV);

- Power transformers.

As a switchgear RU-35 kV, complete switchgears of high quality, internal installation from type HMH "Ulusoy" cabinets with Merlin Gerin gas switches or from type ODRA36 cabinets with vacuum switches type 3AH5 manufactured by SIEMENS are used.

RU-0.4 kV is equipped with one-way service panels of the SHCHO-90 series with stationary automatic switches or circuit breakers. Distribution of electrical energy to consumers is carried out by cables of the VVG, VBbShv, AVVG, AASHv, AABl brands. Input and output under cable measures are performed with high-quality sealing.

In KTP-35/0.4 kV, two-winding three-phase power transformers of dry or oil type are installed. The power transformer is installed in a block container or on an open platform. The dry transformer is placed only in the block container of the mobile home. Under the power oil transformer in each compartment there is an oil receiver for collecting 100% of the oil contained in the transformer housing. KTP-35/0.4 kV are equipped with Ukrainian or Italian power transformers.

KTP-35/0.4 kV has internal lighting with a voltage of 220 V, 50 Hz and portable lighting with a voltage of 36 V, 50 Hz. Ceiling lamps of the LPO type with fluorescent lamps are used for interior lighting. NVP-03-60 type wall lamps are used for external lighting and lighting of the transformer compartment. Tubular electric heaters or ceiling infrared heaters ECOSUN or EnergoStrip are used for heating. The estimated outside air temperature for heating design is taken to be minus 60°С, the estimated temperature inside the room is not lower than plus 5°С.

Fire alarm, security alarm, ventilation and air conditioning, telemetry, and telemechanics systems with the possibility of connecting to automatic control systems are installed to order in KTP-35/0.4 kV. KTP-35/0.4 kV are delivered to the consumer fully assembled, with electrical equipment installed in them, by rail or road transport with closed and sealed doors. The portal for the disconnector is installed at home, and the cable from the disconnector to the RU-35 kV is also connected on site. The connection of the power transformer to the RU-35 kV is carried out by a cable. If the KTP-35/0.4 building consists of two or more block-containers, they are delivered separately by road or rail to the installation site, where the block-containers are connected to each other, electrical installation and commissioning work is performed. The terms of delivery of the order depend on the availability of goods in the warehouse. If at the time of placing the order, all the selected goods are available, then we will deliver the order within a few days, depending on the remoteness of your region. If the ordered product is not in stock, the maximum delivery time of the order may be several weeks. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible, and 90% of customer orders are shipped within the first almost immediately. In the event that part of the goods from your order did not arrive at the warehouse after the specified period during the discussion with the manager, we will definitely inform you about it.
