Current transformer of internal installation 36 kV

The current transformer is a single-phase cast construction. The primary winding, core and secondary winding of current transformers are vacuum-sealed with cycloaliphatic epoxy resin, which provides protection against corrosion, moisture penetration, and has a high insulating capacity. Transformers do not require additional service and maintenance during operation. The transformer has a copper primary winding, which can be ordered with a switchable number of turns. The secondary windings are multi-turn, made of copper wire, located on laminated magnetic cores made of cold-rolled electrical steel.

Support current transformers type ATB-40 are designed for indoor installation in networks with voltage up to 36 kV (40.5 kV) inside complete switchgears and transformer substations. Current transformers of the ATB-40 series manufactured by designed to transmit signals (measuring information) from the primary measurement circuits to measuring instruments, protection or control equipment, for networks of secondary connections from high voltage. Current transformers act as a conductor support in the primary circuit.
