TMTO-80 oil transformer (for heat treatment of concrete)

The TMTO-80/0.38-U1 transformer is designed for heat treatment of concrete and soil, powering hand-held power tools, and temporary lighting.

Specifications

TMTO-80/0.38-U1 three-phase transformers are produced with a nominal voltage of the primary winding (higher voltage) of 38OV and of the secondary winding (of lower voltage) - 55-95 V, with stepwise regulation of the voltage on the HV winding. For this purpose, transformers are equipped with a voltage switch, which is connected to the higher voltage winding. The voltage is regulated without excitation when the transformer is disconnected from the network on the HV side. The adjustment ranges are shown in the table. Scheme and group of connections - D/D-0 (U/D-1 - for the 1st position of the switch).

Operating conditions:

Height above sea level - up to 1000 m.

Ambient temperature:

- for a temperate climate - from –45ºС to +40ºС

Transformers are not designed to work:

- in an explosive and aggressive environment (which contains gases, vapors, dust of high concentration, etc.);

- with vibration and shaking.

Construction of transformers:

The tanks are oval in shape. To increase the cooling surface, the transformer has a radiator. Hooks located under the upper frame of the tank are used to lift the tank and the transformer assembly. There is a drain valve on the lid of the tank, a plug for draining oil, a tap (plug) for taking a sample, and a grounding bolt at the bottom of the tank. The active part consists of a magnetic circuit made of cold-rolled electrical steel, windings and a switch. Transformer windings are aluminum.

Inputs HV, LV external installation, removable, through porcelain insulators, located on the cover. An oil indicator for monitoring the oil level is fixed on the tank wall.

They meet the standards IES-60076, DSTU R 52719-2007, TU UZ1.1-00213440-025-2007, the production is certified according to ISO 9001:2008.
