Thermal and thermodynamic resistance currents TPL-12-V1 and TPL-12-V2 (in the table in the photo)

Transformers are made in the form of a supporting structure. General view of transformers, overall and connecting dimensions are shown in the photo below. The body of the transformers is made of an epoxy-based compound, which is both the main insulation and provides protection against mechanical and climatic influences. The outputs of the primary winding are located on the upper surface of the transformers. The secondary windings are located, each on its own magnetic circuit. The outputs of the secondary windings can have several placement options, on the side or at the bottom of the transformers.

The marking of transformers complies with the requirements of DSTU EN 61869-1:2017, DSTU EN 61869-2:2017, DSTU 4171 and GOST 18620, while a marking plate is installed on the transformers.

The marking of the conclusions of the primary winding is made with the signs "P1", "P2", and the conclusions of the secondary winding - "1S1", "1S2", "2S1", "2S2".

Placement and installation, operation and repair of the transformer

Transformers are installed in KRU, KRUN and KSO cabinets in accordance with the requirements of design documentation. the transformers are fastened with four M12 bolts to the mounting brackets at the bottom of the product. During installation, it is necessary to remove the oxide film from the current-carrying busbars and the primary contacts of the product. The wires connected to the secondary terminals of the transformers must be rolled under the M10 screw and tinned or have a ferrule. During installation, the direction of current should be taken into account from P1 to P2 in the primary winding, and from 1S1 to 1S2, from 2S1 to 2S2 in the secondary winding, respectively. During operation, the possibility of opening the secondary circuits of the transformer must be excluded. For ease of movement, it is allowed to hold the transformer by the molding ledges located on the sides of the transformer. And also use eyebolts screwed into the primary contacts. The operation of transformers must be carried out in accordance with NPAOP 40.1-1.01, NPAOP 40.1-1.21, GKD 34.20.507, "Rules for the technical operation of electrical installations of spares", PUE and the requirements of the manufacturer's operational documentation. Transformers are subject to partial repair. (calibration of the accuracy class of the transformer) Transformers during operation are subject to verification in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 6097.

Security measures

The design of transformers complies with the safety requirements set forth in GOST 12.2.007.0, GOST 12.2.007.3. Installation, adjustment and commissioning of transformers must be carried out taking into account the safety requirements for equipment grounding, resistance and dielectric strength of insulation in accordance with the requirements of the following documents:

  - PUE;

  - Rules for the technical operation of electrical installations of spares;

  - SNIP 3.05.06;

  - NPAOP 40.1-1.01;

  - NPAOP 40.1-1.21;

  - NAPB A.01.001;

  - GKD 34.20.5071);

  - operating documents for the transformer.

According to the method of protecting a person from electric shock, the transformers correspond to class II according to GOST 12.2.007.0. It is not allowed to make any switching in the secondary circuits of the transformer without making sure that the voltage is removed from the primary winding. During operation, the secondary winding must be closed to the load, in the absence of a load that closes the secondary circuit, it is closed with a copper conductor D 1.8 mm.

Maintenance

It is carried out within the time limits provided for the installation into which the transformer is built. Produced in the following volume:

  - cleaning the transformer from dust and dirt

  - inspection of the transformer for damage

  - measurement of insulation resistance of secondary windings. The resistance must be at least 50 MΩ. Measure with a 1000V megger

  - if as a result of the checks any malfunctions are found that prevent the operation of the transformer, then it must be replaced. The average service life of a transformer is 25 years.
