Power oil step-down three-phase three-winding transformers with a balancing device with a capacity from 10 to 250 kVA and a voltage of up to 10 kV internal and external installations are designed for the needs of the national economy.

Specifications
Power transformers of the TMGSU type are produced with a nominal voltage of the primary winding of 6 or 10 kV, of the secondary winding (low voltage) - 0.4 kV and the circuit and group of connections - U/UN - 0. This type of transformer is designed to maintain the symmetry of phase voltages in the network in power systems with uneven phase load. The voltage is regulated without excitation. For this purpose, the transformers are equipped with high-voltage switches, which are connected to the high-voltage winding and allow to adjust the voltage in stages when the transformer is disconnected from the network with a range of ±2 x 2.5%.

The maximum deviation of the technical parameters of the transformers are:

- short circuit voltage ± 10%;

- short circuit losses on the main branch + 10%;

- idling losses + 15%;

- total weight +10%.

M – oil cooling with natural air and oil circulation;

Terms of use

Height above sea level - up to 1000 m. Ambient air temperature:

  - for a temperate climate - from –45°С to +40°С (execution "U");

  - for cold climates - from –60°С to +40°С (execution "HL").

  - Relative air humidity – no more than 80% at +25°C.

Transformers are not designed to work:

  - in an explosive and aggressive environment (which contains gases, vapors, dust of high concentration, etc.);

  - with vibration and shaking.

Construction of transformers:

Rectangular transformer tanks. Corrugated (wavy) walls are used to increase the cooling surface. Hooks located under the upper frame of the tank are used to lift the tank and the transformer assembly. On the lid of the tank there is a tap (plug) for pouring oil, at the bottom of the tank there is a plug for draining oil, a tap (plug) for taking a sample, and a grounding bolt.

The active part consists of windings, a high-voltage switch and a magnetic circuit, which is made of high-quality electrical steel. Steel is cut on the "GEORG" line, the charging of the magnetic conductor is carried out according to the "Step-Lap" scheme.

Transformer windings are aluminum.

Inputs HV and LV of the external installation, removable, through insulators are made of porcelain. HV and LV inputs are located on the cover. At the request of the customer, the inputs can be equipped with contact clamps of the appropriate cross-section. The transformer is equipped with an oil indicator. A thermometer is installed on the transformer cover to measure the temperature of the upper layers of oil in the tank. Temperature fluctuations of the oil volume are compensated due to the plastic deformation of the corrugated tank walls.
