Power oil step-down three-phase two-winding transformers for internal and external installation with a capacity from 160 to 1600 kV·A are intended for:
- TMB series - for powering electrical equipment of drilling rigs;
- TME series, installations on excavator platforms - for powering their electrical equipment;
- TMF series - designed for transformer substations.
Specifications
Power transformers TMB, TME and TMF are produced with a nominal voltage of the primary winding (high voltage) up to 10 kV, including the secondary winding (low voltage) - 0.4 kV. To regulate the voltage, transformers are equipped with high-voltage switches, which are connected to the high-voltage winding and allow to adjust the voltage in steps of ±2 x 2.5% of the nominal value when the transformer is disconnected from the network on the LV and HV sides. The maximum deviation of the technical parameters of the transformers are:
-Short circuit voltage ±10%;
-Short-circuit losses on the main branch +10%;
-Idle losses +15%;
-Full weight +10%.
Operating conditions:
Height above sea level - up to 1000 m. Ambient air temperature:
- for a temperate climate - from –45°С to +40°С (execution "U");
- for a cold climate - from –60°С to +40°С (execution "HL");
- for a tropical climate - from –10°С to +50°С (execution "T"). Relative humidity:
- no more than 80% for execution of "U";
- not more than 95% for execution of "HL" and "T".
The operation of TMB and TME type transformers is allowed in conditions of shaking and vibration associated with the operation of the transformer. Under the condition of periodic cleaning of dust, transformers can work at an air dust content of 400 mg / m3. Not intended for work in explosive and aggressive environments.
Construction of transformers
Transformer tanks are rectangular. On the narrow opposite walls of the tank there are inlets, which are closed by boxes with seals. At the request of the customer, LV inputs for a current of less than 1000 A and HV inputs can be equipped with contact clamps of the appropriate cross-section.
The inputs are removable, the insulators are pass-through porcelain, not designed for work in an environment contaminated with active gases and conductive dust.
The active part consists of windings, a high-voltage switch and a magnetic circuit, which is made of high-quality electrical steel. Steel is cut on the "GEORG" line, the charging of the magnetic conductor is carried out according to the "Step-Lap" scheme. Transformer windings are aluminum, for "T" execution - copper.
The oil expander ensures the presence of oil in all modes of operation of the transformer and fluctuations in the ambient temperature. To control the oil level, an oil indicator is installed on the end of the oil expander. There are three control marks on the oil indicator corresponding to the oil level in the non-working transformer at different temperatures:
–45°С, +15°С, +40°С - performance "U";
–60°C, +15°C, +40°C - execution of "HL";
–10°С, +20°С, +50°С - performance "T".
Transformers with a capacity of 1000, 1600 kV·A are equipped with a gas relay and an exhaust pipe that operates at an internal pressure above 0.5 atm.
Transformers have sleds with holes to be dragged over short distances and attached to the platform of excavators.
