Power oil step-up three-phase three-winding hermetic transformers with capacity from 630 to 1600 kV·A with voltage up to 10 kV are intended for the needs of the national economy for internal and external installation and are used in solar and wind power plants.

Specifications

Power transformers TMG-630 - 1600 are produced with a nominal voltage of high-voltage windings up to 10 kV ±2x2.5%, including low-voltage windings - 0.255 or 0.315 or 0.375 kV. Scheme and group of connections – D/U/U –11-11 or D/U/U-5-5.

It is also possible to manufacture transformers with other connection schemes and groups. Transformers can work in electrical circuits using rectifiers and inverter units. The voltage is regulated without excitation. For this purpose, the transformers are equipped with high-voltage switches, which are connected to the high-voltage winding and allow to adjust the voltage in stages when the transformer is disconnected from the network on the LV and HV sides with a range of ±2 x 2.5%.

The maximum deviation of the technical parameters of the transformers are:

• Short circuit voltage ±10%;

• Short-circuit losses on the main branch +10%;

• Idle losses +15%;

• Total mass +10%.

Height above sea level - up to 1000 m.

Ambient air temperature:

- for a moderate climate - from –45 ОС to +40 ОС (execution "U");

- for a cold climate - from –60 ОС to +40 ОС (execution of "HL"). The relative humidity of the air is no more than 80% at +25 °C. Transformers are not designed to work:

- in an explosive and aggressive environment (which contains gases, vapors, dust of high concentration, etc.);

- with vibration and shaking.

Construction of transformers

Tanks of transformers TMG-630-1600 of rectangular shape are made with corrugated walls. Hooks located under the upper frame of the tank are used to lift the tank and transformer. On the lid of the tank there is a tap (plug) for adding oil, at the bottom of the tank there is a plug for draining oil, a tap (plug) for taking an oil sample, and a grounding bolt.

The active part consists of windings, a high-voltage switch and a magnetic circuit, which is made of high-quality electrical steel. Steel is cut on the "GEORG" line, the charging of the magnetic conductor is carried out according to the "Step-Lap" scheme. Transformer windings are aluminum or copper.

Inputs HV and LV of the external installation, removable, through insulators are made of porcelain. At an input current of 1000 A and above, a special contact clamp with a blade is attached to the upper part of the current-carrying rod, which ensures the connection of a flat bus. HV and LV inputs are located on the cover.

To control the oil level, measure the temperature of the upper layers of oil and protect transformers from pressure increase, a universal protection device R.I.S. is installed on the tank cover. produced by the company "COMEM" Italy. The volume expansion of the oil, which depends on the temperature of the transformer, is compensated by a change in the pressure inside the tank due to a change in the configuration and volume of the corrugated walls. In hermetic transformers of the TMG type, oil does not come into contact with air and does not oxidize. They do not require additional costs during commissioning. Rollers are installed in transformers with capacity from 630 to 1600 kV·A, which serve for longitudinal and transverse movement of transformers.
