Power oil transformers of the TMPNG series of voltage class up to 6 kV
Three-phase oil transformers of the TMPNG series with natural oil cooling are designed for powering electric pumps of oil production. Transformers are designed for use in moderate and cold climates (UHL1). The nominal voltage of the power supply network is 380 V or 480 V, the diagram and group of connections Un/Un-0, the nominal frequency is 50 Hz.
Power oil transformers of the TMPn(G) series, voltage class 10 kv
Three-phase transformers in corrugated tanks of hermetic type TMPNG (transformers with oil expander type TMPN can be manufactured). The voltage of the power supply network is 6 or 10 kV. The transformers are intended for equipping the transformer substations that feed deep electric pumps for oil production. They can be used in moderate (U1) or cold (UHL1) climates. Transformers are made of two types - two-winding or three-winding. Three-winding transformers additionally have a separate winding of 0.4 kV. Structurally, HV inputs are located on the side wall, LV inputs and regulated voltage inputs are on the transformer cover and are closed by boxes.
Transformers allow operation as part of a frequency-regulated asynchronous electric drive in the operating frequency range of 35-70 Hz.
When operating at a frequency below the nominal (35 Hz< f< 50 Hz), the law U/f = const must be observed, at a frequency above the nominal (50 Hz< f< 70 Hz), the law U = const must be observed.
Voltage regulation is carried out on a completely disconnected transformer (PBZ).
The structure of the conventional designation of the TMPNG transformer type:
T is a three-phase transformer,
M - oil, with natural oil cooling,
PN - for powering electric oil production pumps,
G is hermetic.
Design features of TMPNG transformers
Tanks of hermetic TMPNG transformers without oil expander of rectangular shape - with corrugated walls or with radiators. Hooks located under the upper frame of the tank are used to lift the tank and the transformer assembly. On the lid of the tank there is a tap (plug) for pouring oil, at the bottom of the tank there is a plug for draining oil, a tap (plug) for taking a sample, and a grounding bolt.
To control the oil level, a float oil indicator is installed on the tank cover on transformers with corrugated tanks, and on transformers with radiator tanks, the oil indicator is installed on the tank wall. A thermometer is installed to measure the temperature of the upper layers of oil in the tank.
The volume expansion of the oil, which depends on the temperature of the transformer, is compensated by a change in the pressure inside the tank due to a change in the configuration and volume of the corrugation in transformers with corrugated tanks, in transformers with radiator tanks, the volume expansion of the oil, which depends on the temperature of the transformer, is compensated by air " pillow".
In hermetic transformers of the TMPNG type, the oil does not come into contact with air and does not oxidize. TMPNG transformers do not require additional costs during commissioning and do not require preventive repairs and revisions during the entire service life.
The design of the transformers provides cable input and voltage output, ensures reliable connection of cables without the need for soldering tips.
HV and LV inputs are protected by a box and installed on the side wall, degree of protection IR-13. At the request of the customer, LV inputs for a current of less than 1000 A and HV inputs can be equipped with contact clamps of the appropriate cross-section. For ease of movement during operation, transformers are equipped with sleds.
Magnetic wire
The magnetic conductors of the transformers are charged rod type, the shape of the intersection of the rods and the yoke is multi-stage. The rods are pressed using fiberglass tape. The transformers use cold-rolled electrical steel with a thickness of O.3 with high magnetic permeability and low specific losses at V = 1.7 T (1.26 W/kg or less).
Concentric layer windings are made of copper or aluminum insulated wire. Block winding of windings is used. Taps are made with own wire or tires.
Technological features of transformer manufacturing
Cutting of electrical steel is carried out on automatic lines of the GEORG company (Germany), which makes it possible to manufacture a magnetic wire with a "Step-Lap" charging scheme. This ensures a reduction in no-load losses by 8-12% compared to transformers manufactured using conventional technology. To reduce additional losses, structural elements are used that provide a reduction in the transverse component of the scattering field and its artificial localization.
They meet the standards of IES-60076, GOST R 52719-2007, TU UZ1.1-00213440-015:2006, the production is certified according to ISO 9001:2008
