"TM Transformers" are power oil, step-down three-phase, and two-winding general-purpose transformers with a power from 10 to 6300 kV·A and a voltage of up to 35 kV designed for the needs of the national economy, internal and external installation.

Specifications:

are produced with a nominal voltage

- primary winding (high voltage) up to 35 kV, inclusive

- secondary winding (low voltage) – 0.4 kV for transformers with a capacity of up to 4000 kV·A, inclusive

- secondary winding (low voltage) – 6.3 or 10.5 kV for transformers with a capacity of 1000 to 6300 kV·A.

Since the transformer is manufactured to order, other voltage combinations are possible upon agreement with the customer. Scheme and group of connections - U/UN -0; D/UN –11.

TM-4000 and TM-6300 transformers with a voltage of the primary winding (high voltage) of 35 kV and the secondary winding (low voltage) of 6.3 or 10.5 kV are manufactured with a U/D-11 or U/U circuit and group of connections -0.

TM-6300 transformers with a primary winding voltage (high voltage) of 10.5 kV and a secondary winding (low voltage) of 6.3 kV are manufactured with a U/D-11 or D/Un-11 circuit and group of connections.

Transformers are produced with different levels of no-load and short-circuit losses:

- level A according to TU U 31.1-00213440-024-2006 with improved losses;

-level B according to TU U3.49-05758084-016-2000 with standard losses.

The voltage is regulated without excitation. For this purpose, the transformers are equipped with high-voltage switches, which are connected to the high-voltage winding and allow to adjust the voltage on the LV and HV side with a range of ±2 x 2.5% when the transformer is disconnected from the network.

The maximum deviation of the technical parameters of the transformers are:

-Short circuit voltage ±10%;

-Short-circuit losses on the main branch +10%;

-Idle losses +15%;

-Full weight +10%.

The structure of a conditional mark

TM - X/10 U(HL)1 - X

T is a three-phase transformer,

M - oil cooling with natural air and oil circulation, X - nominal power, kV·A,

10 – HV winding voltage class, kV,

У(ХЛ)1 – climatic performance and accommodation category according to DSTU 15150-69;

X is the level of no-load and short-circuit losses.

Operating conditions:

Height above sea level - up to 1000 m. Ambient temperature:

- for a temperate climate - from –45°С to +40°С (execution "U");

- for cold climates - from –60°С to +40°С (execution "HL"). Relative air humidity is no more than 80% at +25°C.

WARNING! Transformers are not designed to work:

- in an explosive and aggressive environment (which contains gases, vapors, dust of high concentration, etc.);

- with vibration and shaking.

Construction of transformers:

Transformer tanks of the TM type are rectangular in shape. Transformers are manufactured with corrugated tanks with capacity from 10 to 2500 kV·A, capacity of 4000 and 6300 kV·A with radiator tanks. It is possible to manufacture TM transformers with capacity from 400 to 6300 kV·A with radiator tanks. Hooks located under the upper frame of the tank are used to lift the tank and transformer. At the bottom of the tank there is a plug for draining oil, a tap (plug) for taking a sample, and a grounding bolt. The active part consists of windings, a high-voltage switch and a magnetic circuit, which is made of high-quality electrical steel. Steel is cut on the "GEORG" line, the charging of the magnetic conductor is carried out according to the "Step-Lap" scheme. Transformer windings are aluminum or copper.

Inputs HV and LV of the external installation, removable, through insulators are made of porcelain. At an input current of 1000 A and above, a special contact clamp with a blade is attached to the upper part of the current-carrying rod, which ensures the connection of a flat busbar. At the request of the customer, LV inputs for a current of less than 1000 A and HV inputs can be supplemented with contact clamps of the appropriate cross-section. HV and LV inputs are located on the cover.


The oil expander ensures the presence of oil in all modes of operation of the transformer and fluctuations in the ambient temperature. An air dryer is installed on the oil expander, which serves to protect the oil from moisture from the air entering the transformer during operation.

The oil indicator for monitoring the oil level, fixed on the end of the oil expander, has three control marks corresponding to the oil level in the non-working transformer at different temperatures:

–45°С, +15°С, +40°С - performance "U";

–60°С, +15°С, +40°С - execution of "HL".

A thermometer is installed on the transformer cover to measure the temperature of the upper layers of oil in the tank. Thermometric alarms are installed on TM-1250, 1600, 2500, 4000, 6300 kVA transformers. Rollers are installed in transformers with a capacity from 160 to 6300 kVa, which serve for longitudinal and transverse movement of transformers. TM-type power transformers comply with IEC-60076, DSTU R 52719-2007 standards, the production is certified according to ISO 9001:2008.
