Transformers of the TS(Z)N series are three-phase, power, dry transformers, with windings made of conductors with "NOMEX" insulation of the heat resistance class "H" (180 °C), two-winding, general-purpose power from 250 to 1600 kV•A voltage up to 10 kV. And also with power from 10 to 100 kV•A, voltage up to 0.66 kV, heat resistance class "H" (180 °C) or "A" (90 °C). They are used in various sectors of the national economy and industry, designed for the conversion of electrical energy in three-phase alternating current electrical networks with a frequency of 50 Hz. They are installed in industrial premises and public buildings, which are subject to increased requirements in terms of fire safety, explosion protection, and environmental cleanliness.

The structure of the conventional designation TSZN-X /10 U3 and TSZN-X /0.66 U3

T – three-phase transformer;

S – natural air cooling;

Z – protected execution;

N – windings with "NOMEX" insulation;

X – nominal power, kVA;

UZ - climatic performance and accommodation category according to DSTU 15150-69.

Specifications
Power transformers of the TS(Z)N type with a capacity from 250 to 1600 kVA with nominal voltages of the primary winding (high voltage) up to 10 kV inclusive and the secondary winding (low voltage) - 0.4 kV, as well as a capacity from 10 to 100 kVA, with nominal voltages of the primary winding (high voltage) of 0.38 kV including the secondary winding (low voltage) - 0.23 kV, the main schemes and groups of winding connections (HV/LV) - D/un-11, U/un- 0. Voltage regulation ±2x2.5%, steps of 2.5% from the nominal voltage, switching without excitation (PBZ) using jumpers.

Terms of use

- ambient temperature: from -25 °C to +40 °C;

- relative air humidity - no more than 80% at a temperature of +25 °C;

- installation height above sea level - up to 1000 m;

- environment - non-explosive, not containing conductive dust;

- for seismic impact - up to 9 points on the MSK-64 scale;

Construction of transformers

Transformers consist of the following basic assembly units:

- magnetic circuit;

- windings placed on the magnetic circuit;

- taps, inlets, LV and HV buses;

- protective casing.

The magnet wire is made of high-quality electrical steel. Special cutting on the "GEORG" line and charging of the magnetic wire according to the "Step-Lap" scheme. Assembly of the magnetic circuit is carried out with the use of bandages, fastening pins and special glues that ensure low idle losses and noise level. To protect against corrosion, silicon-organic paints are used. LV windings are made of wire or tape with "NOMEX" insulation, the material of the windings is copper or aluminum. HV windings are made of copper wire with "NOMEX" insulation. Layer or coil windings depending on power and voltage. The windings are impregnated with organosilicon varnishes, both separately and completely with the active part. The windings are baked in electric furnaces according to special temperature programs, which guarantees resistance to short-circuit currents. Transformers are manufactured with the degree of protection IP21, IP31.

Transformers with casing, at the request of the customer, are manufactured in the following versions:

- with LV, HV cable entries through the bottom of the transformer;

- with LV, HV outputs on the transformer cover;

- with LV, HV outputs on the narrow side of the transformer, left or right version.

The protective cover of the transformer provides protection of the personnel from electric shock. Access for maintenance of the transformer and the active part is provided through removable panels on the wide side of the transformer. At the request of the customer, the manufacturing plant develops and manufactures transformers of individual design or with parameters that differ from the standard ones.

Delivery completeness
The delivery set includes: a transformer, thermal relay TR-100 with temperature sensors Pt100, movable rollers (rollers), technical documentation (passport, technical description and instructions for storage, installation and operation). At the request of the customer, it is possible to equip the transformer with vibration mounts and flexible connections.

Overload capacity of transformers
Overload is limited only by overheating of copper windings. The maximum temperature exceedance of 125 °C for insulation class "H" is achieved under the condition: the ambient temperature is 40 °C and the transformer operates for a long time at nominal load. If the ambient temperature is below 40 °C, and the previous load is less than 100% of the nominal value, then the winding temperatures will be below the permissible maximum. This temperature difference can be used for short-term overloading of the transformer. The duration of a possible overload is shown in the following graphs as a function of the previous load and the magnitude of the overload. Exceeding the permissible temperature causes an alarm signal by the temperature control system, or a signal to disconnect the transformer if the transformer is overloaded for longer than the permissible time.

Meet the standards MEK-76, DSTU 3076-95 (GOST 30297-95), TU U3.49-00213440-059-2002, production certified according to ISO 9001: 2008
