TS(Z)GLO transformers are three-phase power dry transformers, with forced cooling and cast insulation of the "GEAFOL" type, heat resistance class "F" (155 °С), two-winding, general purpose power from 250 to 2500 kV•A voltage up to 10 kV . Complete with SIEMENS windings. They are used in various sectors of the national economy and industry, designed for the conversion of electrical energy in three-phase alternating current electrical networks with a frequency of 50 Hz. They are installed in industrial premises and public buildings, which are subject to increased requirements in terms of fire safety, explosion protection, environmental cleanliness and overloading capacity. A characteristic feature of these transformers is the ability to increase the nominal power by up to 40%, without reducing the service life of the transformers.

Specifications

Power transformers of the TS(Z)GLO type with capacity from 250 to 2500 kVA with nominal voltages of the primary winding (high voltage) up to 10 kV inclusive and the secondary winding (low voltage) - 0.4 kV. Basic schemes and groups of connection of windings (HV/LV) - D/un-11, U/un-0. Voltage regulation ±2x2.5%, steps of 2.5% from the nominal voltage, switching without excitation (PBZ) using jumpers.

Operating conditions:

  - ambient air temperature: from -25 °C to +40 °C;

  - relative air humidity - no more than 80% at a temperature of +25 °C;

  - height above sea level - up to 1000 m;

  - environment - non-explosive, not containing conductive dust;

  - for seismic impact - up to 9 points on the MSK-64 scale;

  - according to the class of resistance to environmental influences: E2;

  - according to the class of climatic conditions: C2;

  - according to fire hazard class: F1.

Construction of transformers

Transformers consist of the following basic assembly units:

  - magnetic circuit;

  - windings placed on the magnetic circuit;

  - taps, inlets, LV and HV buses;

  - protective casing.

The magnet wire is made of high-quality electrical steel. Special slotting on the "GEORG" line and charging of the magnetic conductor according to the "Step-Lap" scheme. Assembly of the magnetic circuit is carried out with the use of bandages, fastening pins and special glues that ensure low idle losses and noise level. To protect against corrosion, silicon-organic paints are used. LV and HV windings are made of aluminum or copper tape. In these transformers, winding insulation of the GEOFOL type is used, which consists of a compound of epoxy resin and quartz filler poured under vacuum. Modern technology of filling under vacuum and baking in electric ovens according to a temperature program guarantees high quality of windings and resistance to short-circuit currents. Transformers are manufactured with the degree of protection IROO, IR21 and IRZ1.


Transformers with casing, at the request of the customer, are manufactured in the following versions:

- with cable entries through the bottom of the transformer;

- with terminals on the transformer cover;

- with outputs on the narrow side of the transformer, left or right version.

The protective casing of the transformer provides protection of the personnel from electric shock. Access for maintenance of the transformer and the active part is provided through removable panels on the wide side of the transformer. At the request of the customer, the manufacturing plant develops and manufactures transformers of individual design or with parameters that differ from the standard ones.

Overload capacity of transformers

Transformers of the TS(Z)GLO series ensure normal operation of the transformer at an overload of up to 40%. When the power is increased to 1.4S, the short-circuit losses double, the short-circuit voltage rises linearly to 40%.

Delivery completeness

The delivery set includes: transformer, thermal relay TR-100 with Pt100 temperature sensors, forced cooling system, movable rollers (rollers), technical documentation (passport, technical description and instructions for storage, installation and operation). At the request of the customer, it is possible to additionally equip the transformer with vibration mounts, flexible connections of the taps of the LV windings to the bus bridges.

They meet the standards of MEK-76, DSTU 3076-95 (GOST 30297-95), TU U3.49-00213440-059-2002, the production is certified according to ISO 9001: 2008
