High-voltage fuses of the PC(t), PC(n), PC(e), PC(e) series are designed to protect high-voltage power circuits of transformers, overhead and cable networks, alternating current of 50-60Hz frequency from overloads and short-circuit currents. Our website offers a wide selection of high-voltage fuses at optimally affordable prices. We manufacture only high-quality products. The experience of our specialists is the guarantee of high-quality and reliable operation of overhead lines and power electrical equipment against the resulting short circuit.
High-voltage fuses are a traditional and simple protection of electrical installations against short-circuit currents. We offer functional and reliable high-voltage protective equipment of our own production to all organizations that operate power supply systems. By buying and using our products, you have significant savings on the construction of expensive systems for protecting complex electrical equipment from short circuits.

The rated current of the fuse is 100 A
The nominal shutdown current is 31.5 kA
The maximum shutdown current is 1200 A
Loss power - 135 W
Any high-voltage fuse consists of three main elements:
- safety cartridge;
- contacts for installing the cartridge;
- supporting insulators.
You can purchase the entire set of equipment or each part of it. The products meet all the requirements and standards set by the modern electric power industry for protective safety equipment.
The main element of the fuse is a cartridge consisting of a tube made of high-strength electrotechnical porcelain. A fusible insert is placed in the inner space of the tube, which performs the main protective function. When a short-circuit current passes through it, the fusible link melts, stopping the flow of current. At this time, an electrical arc occurs, which must be promptly extinguished. This task is effectively handled by quartz sand, which is poured into the inner space of the cartridge in the process of manufacturing a high-voltage fuse.
For the production of the cartridge, a sufficiently strong porcelain material was chosen, which is able to withstand the impact of a power arc, to remain intact when the fuse is triggered, which is fire-safe during the operation of the products and the electrical installation as a whole.

Often, within a fraction of a second, the short-circuit current can disable expensive electrical equipment (transformer, etc.). Therefore, it is necessary for the fuse to work very quickly. Thus, a high activation speed will provide a 100% guarantee of electrical equipment protection.
When manufacturing fuses, we took into account the economic aspect. Sockets and contacts are made of high-quality brass, which in turn, along with the strength of the contact group, ensures low power losses in normal mode. The products maintain their high operational qualities even under conditions of high humidity, the conductivity indicators at any time deviate from the values laid down in the project documentation. High-quality brass sockets and contacts have a high level of corrosion resistance.
The fuses disconnect without damaging the current from the normalized minimum disconnection current to the rated disconnection current and belong to class 2 of DSTU 2213. When disconnecting the currents, the amplitude value of the voltage that occurs between the terminals of the fuses does not exceed:
- for 6 kV fuses – no more than 15 kV;
- for 10 kV fuses – no more than 25 kV;
- for 35 kV fuses – no more than 85 kV.
Electrical strength of fuse insulation - DSTU 1516.1 Fuses of the eating This product is certified by OZ "International Standards and Systems No. UA1.093.0003154-11 and meets the requirements of DSTU 2213-79, TU U 31.2-37056635-001:2010. PC(n) and PC(en) series allow a long-term flow of a load current of 0.5A. Fuse cartridges of placement categories U1, U2 and ХЛ1, ХЛ2 are waterproof. The characteristics of fuses are current volume
