Complete switchgear type KV-2009

Cameras of the KV-2009 type are a set of separate cabinets with switching devices, measuring instruments, automation and protection devices, as well as control and alarm equipment.

Complete indoor switchgear of the KV-2009 series are designed for operation in three-phase alternating current networks with a voltage of 6 and 10 kV with a frequency of 50 and 60 Hz in systems with an isolated neutral or grounded through an arc suppression reactor or active resistance.

KV-2009 cabinets are produced for general industrial application — usage in switchgear for the auxiliary needs of power plants of all types, at electrical substations, in electrical installations of industrial enterprises.

Structurally, the KV-2009 consists of several main assembly units:

• the housing with equipment;
• vacuum circuit breaker;
• busbar section;
• relay protection compartment.

The housing is a welded metal structure, divided by vertical and horizontal metal partitions into a relay compartment, a vacuum circuit breaker compartment, a busbar compartment and a cable compartment, which also houses current and voltage transformers and linear buses.

The main circuit equipment is located inside the switchgear cabinets: vacuum circuit breaker; DIG* disconnector with grounding blades; auxiliary transformer; voltage measuring transformer; current transformers, surge suppressors and other equipment.

The type and quantity of equipment can be changed at the request of the Customer.

The KV-2009 provides a set of protections (overcurrent protection, overload, current cutoff, ground fault protection, voltage circuit monitoring, automatic transfer switch, etc.), electricity metering, heating.

The cells are equipped with microprocessor protection devices such as: Micom, UZA, MRZS, Sepam, RS-80, RZL, etc.

The degree of protection of cameras from the facade side is IP20 according to GOST 14254-96.

KV-2009 cameras comply with TU U 31.2-32729641-001:2009.

The terms of delivery of the order depend on the availability of goods in the warehouse. If the ordered product is not in stock, the maximum delivery time of the order may be several weeks. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible, and 90% of customer orders are shipped within the first almost immediately. In the event that part of the goods from your order did not arrive at the warehouse after the specified period during the discussion with the manager, we will definitely inform you about it.
