Shields storey SHCHE series

Shields storey SHCHE series designed taking into account modern requirements for increasing their load capacity, the number of group lines per apartment, design, and ensuring safety during the operation of electrical household appliances. 

Shields storey for residential multi-apartment buildings are designed for distribution and metering of electrical energy of 0.4 kV AC with a frequency of 50 Hz and for protecting the electrical networks of apartments from overloads and short circuits, leakage currents to the «ground» due to damage insulation of networks, as well as for the installation of television equipment, radio broadcasting, telephone and other networks (boards with low-current compartment).

Shields comply with the requirements of GOST 9413 and TU RB 100357142.007-2001.

The construction of the storey shields allows you to connect them to networks of TN-S and TN-C-S systems without cutting trunk wires with a cross-section of up to 90 mm².

Storey shields are designed for installation in wall niches of multi-storey residential buildings.

The housing is designed for further assembly of storey shields of the SHCHE series, intended for receiving, distributing and considering electrical energy in residential units, as well as for protecting lines to cope with overvoltages and short circuits.

The body of the storey shield is an electrical panel built into a niche, consisting of 3 compartments:

The first compartment is the metering compartment, which houses panels for electricity meters according to the number of apartments. In the same compartment there is space for installing a circuit breaker to disconnect the mainline.

The second compartment is the distribution compartment, in which DIN rails are located for installing circuit breakers and RCDs of up to 9 modules, providing protection for the group lines of each apartment. To ensure the electrical safety of operating personnel, the compartment has an operational panel (false-panel), which can only be removed using a special tool.

The third compartment is low-current, in which special strips are installed for laying television and radio networks, telephone lines, fire alarm lines, intercom networks, video surveillance, etc.

Each compartment is closed by a separate door with an individual lock. The metering compartment door has glazed openings for taking readings of electric meters. Housing color RAL 7035 (RAL 9016).

The electrical panel housing is supplied complete with N and PE busbars, with a fixed operating panel and installed doors.

The shields comply with the technical specifications of TU U 31.2-32729641-004:2011.

The terms of delivery of the order depend on the availability of goods in the warehouse. If the ordered product is not in stock, the maximum delivery time of the order may be several weeks. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible, and 90% of customer orders are shipped within the first almost immediately. In the event that part of the goods from your order did not arrive at the warehouse after the specified period during the discussion with the manager, we will definitely inform you about it.
