ShchO-90 panels are a welded structure made of sheet bent profiles with switching and protective devices and electrical measuring instruments installed in them. Panels are divided into input, linear, sectional, input-linear, input-sectional, for drives to disconnectors, street lighting, with ATS equipment and end panels.
Types and schematic diagrams of ShchO-90 panels
Introductory panels. The panels are equipped with switching and protective input equipment with three current transformers, three ammeters and one voltmeter, and a current transformer can also be installed at the neutral terminal of the power transformer for protection against ground faults. Inputs are made by switches and automatic switches.
For panels with circuit breakers, power switches are used. The manufacturer of the switch is selected at the request of the Customer. Disconnectors controlled by a rod are installed between the circuit breakers and the busbars. The current transformers in these panels are located between the switch and the disconnector for ease of maintenance. There are no disconnectors between the input and the circuit breaker, since when repairing the circuit breaker, the power transformer can be disconnected from the high voltage side. Panels with switches are equipped with switches with or without fuses.
The panels provide cable and busbar entries. Input panels can be equipped with a metering panel with active and reactive energy meters when indicated in the questionnaire.
Linear panels are equipped with circuit breakers with fuses, automatic switches. Devices used in the front connection panels. Due to the presence of disconnectors with pole-to-pole disconnection between the circuit breaker and the busbars, safe inspection of the panel, repair and protection of the circuit breakers is possible. Panels with switches can also be made without disconnectors.
Sectional panels are intended for sectioning inputs in cases where each of the sections normally receives power from a separate transformer or input. With the help of these panels, the distribution devices of two-transformer substations are completed. Sectional panels can be made on circuit breakers and automatic switches.
The breakers of the sectional panels are controlled by the central drive of the lever from the front side of the panel. In sectional panels with automatic switches, disconnectors are installed on both sides of the switch.
Introductory linear panels. Input equipment, electricity distribution, protection equipment, and measuring devices are installed on the panels. Circuit breakers with or without fuses are installed on the input. Circuit breakers with fuses are installed on outgoing lines.
Introductory sectional panels. Input equipment and their sectioning is installed on the panel. Circuit breakers with or without fuses are used as input devices, and circuit breakers are used as sectional devices.
Panels with AIR equipment are intended for two-transformer substations, where it is necessary to provide for automatic inclusion of the reserve. It is recommended to install them between the introductory and sectional panels of the distribution device.
Street lighting control panels are equipped with equipment for controlling and protecting street lighting lines. It is recommended to install them at the extreme end of the row of the distribution device and supply them with power from the nearest panel.
Panels for drives to disconnectors installed on the wall are equipped with a voltmeter and three ammeters, the scales of which must be stipulated in the survey letter. PR-250 actuators can be installed in the panel, which are ordered together with the disconnector and are not included in the panel delivery set.
End panels are used to cover the distribution board from the ends. Busbars are made of aluminum alloys with a cross-section of up to 120x10 mm. The cross-section of the busbars must be specified in the questionnaire when ordering the switchgear. Busbars are located in the upper part of the switchgear in a horizontal plane and are mounted on insulators. The connection of busbars and neutral busbars and the connection of branches from the busbars is carried out with bolts; upon special order, it is possible to make connections using argon welding.
When ordering a double-row switchgear, a bus bridge can be supplied, which must be specified in the questionnaire.
Climatic modification U3 according to GOST 15150-69.
Panel protection degree according to GOST 14254-96 (first digit in the circuit designation):
- 1 – for open version – IP00, from the facade side IP20;
- 2 – for closed version – IP20, from the bottom side IP00.
ShchO-90 panels comply with the technical specifications of TU U 31.2-32729641-004:2011.
