Concrete complete transformer substation (BKTP)

A complete transformer substation in a concrete shell of pass-through and dead-end type with a voltage of 6 kV, 10 kV, 35 kV and a capacity of 25, 160, 250, 400, 630, 1000, 1600 and up to 6300 kVA are designed for receiving, transforming and distributing three-phase electrical energy alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz in one or two beam and loop schemes for power supply of urban and agricultural objects, as well as construction sites in areas with a moderate climate (from 45 to +45 C).

The configuration of BKTP may vary depending on the purpose, characteristics of electricity consumers and the configuration of the electrical network. Most often, block substations of the power supply system include the following functional components:

  - high-voltage distribution cells with switching equipment and devices for protection against emergency modes of operation;

  - specialized electrical cabinets to meet the needs of the substation (heating, ventilation, lighting);

  - power transformers to ensure voltage reduction and its transmission to consumers;

  - low-voltage switchboards, which ensure the distribution of electrical energy by consumers and the protection of outgoing lines;

  - cable or bus input of high voltage.

It is worth considering that a transformer substation, the price of which is formed based on the market value of components and devices, cannot have a price lower than the total value of its components. For this reason, each BKTP is manufactured in strict accordance with the survey letter and specifications filled out by the customer.

Blocks are made of high-strength reinforced concrete with the following characteristics:

class of concrete in terms of compressive strength - B22.5 (400 kgf/cm2);

brand of concrete for frost resistance - F100;

water resistance – W4;

Conditions of operation of BKTP:

BKTP in terms of the influence of climatic factors of the environment according to GOST 15150 and GOST 15543.1 belong to the climatic performance of UHL placement category 1 and are operated in the following conditions:

ambient air temperature from minus 40 ° C to plus 40 ° C;

relative humidity up to 100% (without frost and dew);

installation height above sea level no more than 1000 m;

non-explosive environment that does not contain conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that destroy materials and insulation;

atmosphere of types I, II.

The terms of delivery of the order depend on the availability of goods in the warehouse. If at the time of placing the order, all the selected goods are available, then we will deliver the order within a few days, depending on the remoteness of your region. If the ordered product is not in stock, the maximum delivery time of the order may be several weeks. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible, and 90% of customer orders are shipped within the first almost immediately. In the event that part of the goods from your order did not arrive at the warehouse after the specified period during the discussion with the manager, we will definitely inform you about it.
