The complete transformer substation of the PCTP type (mobile) is produced by us in accordance with the technical conditions registered on the territory of Ukraine.

This type of PCTP transformer substation is designed for receiving three-phase alternating current industrial frequency electricity with a voltage of 6 kV and converting it into electricity with a voltage of 0.4 (0.23) kV in systems with an isolated transformer neutral, on the low voltage, distribution and supply side.

PCTP is universal, with high factory and operational readiness for commissioning. The presence of air input and high operational readiness allow the substation to be quickly rolled up and deployed at a new location.

It is used for power supply of electrical installations of mines, mines, quarries, beneficiation factories and other enterprises of the mining industry, which are not dangerous due to gas and dust, and other industrial objects in radial schemes of distribution networks.

Climatic performance and accommodation category - U1, U3. The degree of protection of the shell is IR54. Functional capabilities of PCTP, protection schemes provide:

  - continuous monitoring of current leakage to the ground;

  - de-energization of the circuits leaving in the event of current leakage to the ground;

  - limitation of overvoltages in the input line of 6 kV;

  - protection of outgoing lines by automatic switches;

  - signaling about the current status and activation of protections.

Production of KTP is carried out in accordance with the customer's survey letter. PCTP substations are performed both with air and with cable input (exit). They can work in networks with both a dead ground and an isolated neutral. When working in networks with an isolated neutral at the input of 0.4 kV or on outgoing lines, protection against leakage currents must be provided (installation of AZUR, etc.).
