Complete transformer substation (mast) power 25-250 kVA

The complete transformer substation (KTPm) is designed for reception, transformation and distribution of electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz in systems with a dead-grounded neutral of the transformer on the lower voltage side. KTPm is intended for use in networks of agricultural purpose and other objects of the corresponding power, similar in terms of power supply.

KTPm according to the climatic conditions of operation correspond to the performance in accommodation category 1 according to GOST 15150, while:

- Height above sea level – no more than 1000 m;

- The environment is non-explosive, which does not contain dust, aggressive gases of chemical production in a concentration that destroys metals and insulation.

KTPm with a voltage of 6 (10) kV consists of three main parts:

- 0.4 kV switchgear (RUNN),

- cabinets of high-voltage fuses (RUVN),

- power transformer.

The power transformer is located behind the substation, the insulators of the power transformer are covered by a special cover that is attached to the back wall of the cabinet. The introduction of 10 kV is carried out through pass-through insulators. A bracket is provided for attaching low-voltage insulators.

The RUVN section includes:

- current conduit

- through insulators

- high-voltage fuses

- High-voltage arresters.

The RUNN compartment includes:

- Outbound consumer lines in the amount of up to 4 pcs. with automatic switches

- Outdoor lighting lines

- block of general electricity accounting

- automatic switching on of the outgoing lighting line.

The components of the KTPm are a strong metal structure that provides protection from the influence of climatic factors on electrical installation elements and built-in devices, as well as conditions for safe maintenance and operation. In addition to outgoing industrial consumer lines, outdoor lighting lines are provided in KTPm. KTPm works in a long-term mode with periodic maintenance.

Types of protection and blocking:

- from phase-to-phase short-circuits and single-phase short-circuits to the ground

- from atmospheric overvoltages

- from overloading and short circuits of the 0.4 kV line

- blocking the possibility of replacing high-voltage fuses when the disconnector is switched on.

The mast substation of the KTPm type is the simplest among all types of transformer substations. It can be used on small objects, be it a private house or a small village. Complete transformer substations comply with: TU U 31.2-327-29641-002:2010
