Complete transformer substation for city networks (2KTPGS)

Complete transformer substations of external installation of pass-through and dead-end type at a voltage of up to 10/35 kV, and with a capacity of 160, 250, 400, 630 and 1000 kVA are designed for receiving, converting and distributing electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz at a nominal -two radial and loop schemes of power supply of urban and agricultural facilities, as well as construction sites in areas with a moderate climate (from -45 to +45 C).

2KTPGS are produced in a frame-type metal structure, with power transformers, cameras on the high (HV) and low voltage (LV) sides, a street lighting panel, a meter block installed in it, and replace substations assembled at the installation site from SWR cameras, which delivered separately, ShCHO-90 panels and other products.

Structurally, 2KTPGS consists of 4-6 blocks of high factory readiness, due to which installation and assembly at the facility takes from 4 to 8 hours. In high-voltage cabinets, load switches of the VNA type with a spring drive or disconnectors of the RVZ type are installed. Circuit breakers with fuses or automatic switches are installed in the PN cabinet, there is a general electricity meter and street lighting meter. Input from the high side - air or cable, PN conclusions - cable. KTPGS are mounted on the foundation. Type of climatic performance U1 according to GOST 15150-69.

Normal operation of 2KTPGS is ensured under the following conditions:

- installation height above sea level no more than 1000 m;

- ambient air temperature from minus 60 ° C to plus 40 ° C;

- average daily relative humidity up to 80% at plus 15 °C;

- absence of conductive dust, chemically active gases and vapors in the environment;

- 2KTPGS is not intended for work in explosive areas. Complete transformer substations comply with: TU U 31.2-327-29641-002:2010

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine, except temporarily occupied territories and war zones. Delivery is carried out by transport and logistics companies chosen by you.

The terms of delivery of the order depend on the availability of goods in the warehouse. If at the time of placing the order, all the selected goods are available, then we will deliver the order within a few days, depending on the remoteness of your region. If the ordered product is not in stock, the maximum delivery time of the order may be several weeks. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible, and 90% of customer orders are shipped within the first almost immediately. In the event that part of the goods from your order did not arrive at the warehouse after the specified period during the discussion with the manager, we will definitely inform you about it.
