Complete transformer substation (dead-end with air input) 25-4000 kVA

Kiosk transformer substation of the dead-end type with air input KTPv with a capacity of 25-1000 kVA is a single-transformer substation of an external installation and serves to receive electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 6 or 10 kV, converting it into electricity for individual settlements and industrial facilities .

KTP according to the climatic conditions of operation correspond to the performance of У or ХЛ1 of placement category 1 according to GOST 15150, while:

- Height above sea level – no more than 1000m;

- The environment is non-explosive, which does not contain dust, aggressive gases of chemical production in a concentration that destroys metals and insulation.

KTPv kiosk complete transformer substation is a steel welded body consisting of:

- RUVN compartment;

- power transformer compartment;

- RUNN compartment;

In the compartments of the power transformer are located:

- support insulators,

- conductive aluminum tires,

- power transformer.

The RUVN compartment is installed on the roof of the power transformer and includes a power line, pass-through insulators, high-voltage fuses and high-voltage arresters.

RUNN consists of:

- input disconnector or machine. Current transformers are installed after the input disconnector or machine;

- electrical energy accounting department. It has two implementations: accounting of active energy and accounting of active and reactive energy (to order). Active and reactive energy counters are installed in the electric energy accounting compartment;

- compartment of street lighting and step-down transformer 220/36 V;

- stationary automatic circuit breakers of 0.4 kV lines;

RUNN KTP has a street lighting feeder that turns on and off automatically according to the signal of the built-in photo relay. The connection of the 10 (6) kV substation PL is carried out through the disconnector, which is installed on the support, with the help of the receiving portal, on which the pin insulators of 10 (6) kV are attached.

KTP has the following types of protection:

- on the HV side from: atmospheric overvoltages; interphase short circuits

- on the PN side from: overloading of the power transformer; overloading and short circuits of lines with a voltage of 0.4 kV; short circuits of external lighting lines, heating circuits, internal lighting circuits of the KTPv. Complete transformer substations comply with: TU U 31.2-32729641-002:2010
