Complete switchgear (KRPZ - 0.4/10/35 kV)

Closed-type switchgear (hereinafter KRPZ) of a continuous type with cable entry and cable outlet, outdoor installation for a voltage of 35 kV is designed to receive and distribute three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz. KRPZ is intended for operation in the open air in a temperate climate at extreme ambient temperatures from -45˚С to +45ºС. Complete switchgear of closed type KRPZ-35 kV is an insulated metal shell designed using the “sandwich-panel” technology.

The KRPZ base is an all-welded metal frame made of hot-rolled P16 channel. The floor of the switchgear is made of a sheet with lenticular corrugation, 4 mm thick, which provides anti-friction properties of the coating, and also gives additional strength to the base. All connections are made by semi-automatic welding.

The walls of the KRPZ module are made of a shaped square tube with a wall thickness of at least 2 mm. The connection of the walls with the base of the KRPZ is made by welding, which ensures high strength of the spatial frame.

Frame painting includes treatment with a two-component coating consisting of a corrosion-resistant primer and a layer of pentaphthalic enamel.

The frame cladding is made of wall and roof refractory sandwich panels, with a mineral wool thickness of 80 and 100 mm, respectively.

Panel joints are sealed with a silicone-based sealant.

KRPZ consists of complete distribution devices of the SK35 series with vacuum circuit breakers and relay protection RS83-AV2, as well as switchgear with the installation of voltage transformers and relay RS83-V1. Power harvesters are equipped with Satec PM175+Ethertnet (TCP/IP) network analyzers to provide monitoring. PM175 measures, calculates and registers all power quality indicators defined in GOST 13109-97, GOST 32144-2013.

The KRPZ module is heated using electric convectors. The electric convector is equipped with a thermostat that has a special AntiFrost mode of operation, which allows you to maintain the temperature in the room at +5 - +7 ° C for a long time, which prevents its freezing (freezing). Also, the devices have built-in overheating protection and step-by-step power control.

The ventilation system is supply and exhaust. It is carried out using low-pressure axial fans of the VENTS OV series. Air access to the CRPZ occurs through the ventilation grilles located on the compartment doors. The lighting system is made in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.5-28-2006. The mains voltage of working lighting is 220V, repair - 12V from a step-down transformer YATP-0.25 220 / 12V. Provided internal and external lighting KRPZ. Outdoor lighting is located above the entrance doors and is activated using a built-in motion sensor.
