Block-module transformer substation (BMKTP)

The complete transformer substation with a capacity of up to 6300kVA at a voltage of up to 10 kV in a block-module housing is designed for receiving, transforming and distributing three-phase alternating current electricity with a frequency of 50 Hz and is used for power supply with a voltage of 0.4 kV for industrial enterprises, settlements, logistics centers, hypermarkets and other objects. KTPBM is performed with one or two transformers. It is designed for outdoor installation and can be operated in regions with a climate (from -60°C to + 40°C).

The block-module complete transformer substation is delivered in the form of several separate functional modules of high factory readiness, which have convenient dimensions for transportation. The design of the modules allows you to quickly assemble them at the place of operation into a unified transformer substation building. The block-module housing can also be used as a 10(6)kV RP distribution device. Each module is a one-piece welded metal frame, sheathed on the outside and on top with insulated panels of the "Sandwich" type. The doors of the compartments are metal, double with minwata insulation. The floor is insulated.

The block-modular building is equipped with heating, ventilation, and lighting systems that are controlled automatically and maintain optimal conditions inside the building.

This ensures reliable uninterrupted operation of installed modern equipment, such as:

relay protections;

accounting, control and automation systems;

ASKOE;

uninterruptible power supply units;

AVR, etc.

BMKTP is mounted on the foundation.

Inputs from the side of higher voltage - air or cable, outputs from the side of low voltage - air or cable.

It consists of the following modules:

  - Distribution device from the high voltage side (RPVN), which can be equipped with:

  - KZO cameras with HVV load switches or 10 kV vacuum switches;

  - KV-1F and KV-1FK devices with 10 kV vacuum switches;

  - KV-35 devices with 35kV vacuum switches.

Transformer compartment - one or two transformers.

Low-voltage switchgear (LPN), which can be equipped with:

  - SCHO panels with circuit breakers and fuses;

  - panels WHAT with automatic switches;

  - distribution cabinets RSHNN;

  - distribution devices;

any low-voltage equipment.

Compartment of relay protection and automation shields.

An effective modern solution is the design, manufacture and supply of complete switchgear using cells with a voltage of 10-35 kV in a block-modular structure, which is supplied with pre-assembled equipment. Block-modular buildings consist of blocks insulated with sandwich panels, which are transported in the form of separate functional modules of high factory readiness, which have convenient dimensions for transportation. The design of the modules allows you to quickly assemble them at the place of operation into a unified building.

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine, except temporarily occupied territories and war zones. Delivery is carried out by transport and logistics companies chosen by you.

The terms of delivery of the order depend on the availability of goods in the warehouse. If at the time of placing the order, all the selected goods are available, then we will deliver the order within a few days, depending on the remoteness of your region. If the ordered product is not in stock, the maximum delivery time of the order may be several weeks. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible, and 90% of customer orders are shipped within the first almost immediately. In the event that part of the goods from your order did not arrive at the warehouse after the specified period during the discussion with the manager, we will definitely inform you about it.
